Uniglobe is an internationally acclaimed Asphalt Mixing Plant offering and addressing to the asphalt needs. The minerals are first assembled, sorted by size and then delivered to the conveyor via the cold feeders. Here the high grade end product is prepared with the required composition. The mixture is then separated off all contaminants which then are lead to the hot stage. Prior to the heating the mixture is loosened, dried and heated.

Then the mixing plant ascent is taken care of through the elevator as the mixture is then taken up to the mixing tower where there is a also a bypass which offers a short cut. The hot screen classifies up to 6 grading fractions and is separated according to size compartments into aggregate sizes as introduced. The factions are then added in sequences into the mixer and a special configuration homogenous mixture is prepared. From the mixer door the mixture is emptied quickly into the truck to reach the desired destination.
