Behind the success story of any organisation, there is an entire team of hardworking individuals, a complete forward looking approach and a perfect amalgamation of these hard and soft factors which foster an environment of adaptability, innovation and change. Changing to the needs of the time, requirements and clientele is the essence of success in the 21st century.

It is impossible to succeed without consideration and customization of your product and service according to the needs of the people who use it. Therefore with every step organizations must initiate, build and innovate such that the process of continuous improvement forms the basic credo of the organization and where customer’s satisfaction is their basic motive.

Manitowoc is one organization based in Germany which has proved its stance by inculcating the above adaptations and proved its mettle with its outstanding success with the innovative models of Grove which include GMK6300Ls and GMK6400s. The company was able to sell 200 GMK6300 and 50 GMK6400s making them the best selling cranes in their class.

Grove’s 6300L has a 300 t capacity and holds the longest boom in its class while the 6400s holds a capacity of 400 t extending the boom to 134m with a jib. Lifting by both cranes could be done which no other six or seven axle crane could perform.

Along with that German company Klema has logged a whopping 400 hrs operating time of the GMK6400s making it the techno machine which has the fastest set up time and easy operations. The machine has definitely scored full marks for it was used in heavy construction; making bridges, concrete constructions and other major Klema’s projects across Southern Germany.

Hence it is the whole package of the perfect innovation driven team who hold decades of experience at Manitowoc and spend their energies and work procedures to make the life of the clientele and the world at large, easier and productive.
